B. Resolution 10-2130 - 2010 National Urban and Community Forestry Grant Program Application and Grant Memorandum of Agreement Consideration of Resolution 10-2130 to submit an Urban and Forestry Grant Application for the purposes of employing a temporary urban forestry professional and, if awarded such grant, to execute a Grant Memorandum of Agreement is requested. C. Resolution 10-2131 -Day Camp Provider Agreement with Seminole County Consideration of Resolution 10-2131 approving a Day Camp Provider Agreement with Seminole County for Day Camp Scholarships funded by the Community Services Block Grant to the City of Casselberry Day Camp Program in an amount of up to $23,560 is requested. 9. Public Hearing: Second Reading of Ordinance 10-1315 -Annual Capital Improvement Schedule 2009/10 - 2013/14 (LPA 09-08) Consideration of Ordinance 10-1315 to adopt the City's 5-Year Capital Improvement Schedule to meet the Growth Management Plan requirement for cities and counties to submit an annual Capital Improvement Schedule to the Department of Community Affairs is requested. Public Hearing: First Reading of Ordinance 10-1321 -North Winter Park Drive Future Land Use Map Amendments Consideration of Ordinance 10-1321 providing amendments to the Future Land Use Map and Future Land Use Element text to address the strategics provided in the North Winter Park Drive Study conducted by Kimley Horn and Associates is requested. C. Public Hearing: First Reading of Ordinance 10-1322 -North Winter Park Drive Official Zoning Map Amendments Consideration of Ordinance 10-1322 providing amendments to the Official Loning Map for the future land use designation applied to the properties in the North Winter Park Drive Study conducted by Kimley Tlorn and Associates is requested. D. Public Hearing: First Reading of Ordinance 10-1323 - US Hwy 17-92 and SR 436 Future Land Use Map Amendments (LPA 09-06) Consideration of Ordinance 10-1323 providing amendments to the Future [.,and Use Map to provide increased development potential f'or selected properties located on the US liwy 17-92 corridor and a portion of the SR 436 corridor that is located within the Community Redevelopment District is requested. E. Public Hearing: First Reading of Ordinance 10-1324 - SR 436 Future Land Use Map Amendments (LPA 09-07) Consideration of Ordinance 10-1324 providing amendments to the Future Land Use Map for increased development potential for selected properties located on the SR 436 corridor is requested. F. Public Hearing: First Reading of Ordinance 10-1325 -Future Land Use Map Amendments Due to City-wide Historical "Errors & Inconsistencies" (LPA 09-15) Consideration of Ordinance 10-1325 to amend the Future Land Use Map classitication of twelve (12) properties within the City in order to correct various historical errors and map inconsistencies is requested. 10.
