CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION 95 TRIPLET LAKE DRIVE CASELBERRY, FLORIDA 32707 PUBLIC NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING AND ATTORNEY-CLIENT SESSION At the March 22, 2010, City Commission Special Meeting, City Attorney Catherine D. Reischmann will request that the City of Casselberry City Commission conduct an executive session (attorney-client session) with her, per Florida Statute 286.011(8), for the purpose of discussing City of Casselberry v. Garden World, Case No. 09-CA-4595- 16-W and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Middle District of Florida, Chapter 11 Case No. 8:09-bk-20492-CED; Adversary Proceedings filed by Ftrans, Case Nos. 8:09-ap-00690- CED; 8-09-ap-00765-CED; and Adversary Proceeding filed by Garden World, Case No. 8:10-ap-00045-CED. The attorney-client session will be held immediately following the Special Meeting on March 22, 2010. The special meeting will begin at 6:00 p.m., and the attorney-client session will begin at approximately 6:05 p.m. The names of the persons attending the attorney-client session are Mayor Charlene Glancy, Vice Mayor Sandra Solomon, Commissioner Susan Doerner. Commissioner .ion Miller, Commissioner Colleen Hufford, City Manager Barbara Lipscomb, City Attorney Catherine D. Reischmann, and Assistant City Attorney Gregg A. Johnson. The subject matter of the meeting shall be confined to settlement negotiations or strategy sessions related to litigation expenditures. The entire session shall be recorded by a certified court reporter. The reporter shall record the times of commencement and termination of the session, all discussion and proceedings, the names of all persons present at any time, and the names of all persons speaking. No portion of the session shall be off the record. The court reporter's notes shall be fully transcribed and filed with the City Clerk within a reasonable time after the meeting. The transcript shall be made public at the conclusion of the litigation. The session shall commence after the special meeting is opened, at which the Mayor shall announce the commencement and estimated length of the attorney-client session and the names of the persons attending. At the conclusion of the attorney-client session, the meeting shall be reopened, and the Mayor shall announce the termination of the session.
