B. Resolution 10-2120 - Amendment to the Wholesale Water Service Interlocal Agreement with Seminole County for the Sun Lake Planned Urban Development ("Sunshadow Development Complex") Consideration of Resolution 10-2120 approving an Amendment to the Wholesale Water Service Interlocal Agreement between the City of Casselberry and Seminole County which will entitle the City to receive the water connection fees for providing water services to new construction within the Sun Lake Planned Urban Development Complex is requested. C. Shoot Straight Preliminary Re-plat Approval of 4700 & 4750 US Hwy. 17-92 and 11 Lemon Lane (SP 09-01) Consideration to approve a request from Shoot Straight to fe-plat three existing parcels into a single lot is requested. D. St. Johns River Water Management District Cost-share Water Conservation Grant Application - Unidirectional Flushing Program Approval of a grant application submitted to the St. Johns River Water Management District for a unidirectional flushing program is requested. E. Resolution 10-2126 - Amendment to Resolutions 09-2076 and 10-2110 Regarding the Florida Department of Environmental Protection State Revolving Fund Grant/Loan Agreement for Water Quality Improvements Project Consideration of Resolution 10-2126 providing an amendment to Resolutions 09-2076 and 10-2110 to include specific language required by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection regarding the State Revolving Fund Grant/Loan Agreement for the City's water quality improvements project is requested. 9. Public Hearings are not intended to be a time for the public to obtain information about the subject matter of the hearing. Public Hearing: First Reading of Ordinance 10-1315 - Annual Capital Improvement Schedule (LP A 09-08) Consideration of Ordinance 10-1315 on first reading to meet the requirement of the Growth Management Plan to submit an annual Capital Improvement Schedule to the Department of Community Affairs is requested. B. Public Hearing: First Reading of Ordinance 10-1316 - Future Land Use Map Amendments for Properties Annexed Between November 2008 and November 2009 (LP A 09-02) Consideration of Ordinance 10-1316 on first reading to amend the Future Land Use Map by including properties annexed between November 2008 and November 2009 into the Future Land Use Map and by providing those properties with a designation similar to their current Seminole County future land use designation is requested. C. Public Hearing: First Reading of Ordinance 10-1317 - Official Zoning Map Amendments for Properties Annexed Between November 2008 and November 2009 (ZB 09-08) Consideration of Ordinance 10-1317 on first reading to amend the Official Zoning Map by including annexed properties into the map and providing those properties with a designation similar to their current Seminole County zoning designation is requested. D. Public Hearing: First Reading of Ordinance 10-1318 - Comprehensive Plan Amendments to Eliminate Overlay Districts (LP A 09-09) Consideration of Ordinance 10-1318 on first reading to amend the Future Land Use Map (FLUM) and the Future Land Use Element (FLUE) by eliminating design overlay districts from the Comprehensive Plan is requested. E. Public Hearing: First Reading of Ordinance 10-1319 - Comprehensive Plan Amendments to Include Strategies for House Bill 697 (LPA 09-10) Consideration of Ordinance 10-1319 to amend various elements within the Comprehensive Plan to meet requirements of HB 697 by providing strategies to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, providing "Complete Streets", using "Green Infrastructure" during development, and conserving energy is requested. F. Public Hearing: First Reading of Ordinance 10-1320 - Comprehensive Plan Amendments to Create a Citywide Transportation Concurrency Area (LPA 09-11) Consideration of Ordinance 10-1320 on first reading to amend elements, including the future land use map, within the Comprehensive Plan, to eliminate traffic circulation concurrency, and to apply the adopted transit strategies for the US 17~92 Transportation Concurrency Exception Area (TCEA) across the entire City is requested.
