Mr. <br /> <br />to <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />motion passed unanimously by <br /> <br />vote. <br /> <br />Second Item of Business: Disclosure of Ex Parte Communications. <br /> <br />There was no disclosure of ex <br /> <br />Third item of Business: BA 08- 07: 120 North Triplet lake Drive/Jeffrey Leonard. Variance requests are as follows: <br />Section 2-7.9 "Accessory Structures" to allow: <br /> <br />1. A 7' 3" foot reduction in the required 10 foot accessory structure separation requirement resulting In a <br />4' 9" separation from the main structure <br />2. Placement of accessory structure beyond an established front fa~ade of the principal structure <br />3. Construct an accessory structure with walls taller than the maximum allowed 8' height and a roof <br />taller than 11' <br />Section 2-7.10 "Fences and Walls" to allow: <br />4. A 6' tall wood fence forward of the front building line <br />
