<br />The issuance of a permit for tree removal by the Pl3Anin~ 3nel Zonin~ Commissisn as <br />required by this Article shall be based on the following criteria: <br /> <br />*** <br /> <br />SECTION 5. The Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry Part III, Unified Land <br /> <br />Development Regulations, Chapter III, Performance Criteria, Article XIV, Tree Protection, <br /> <br />subsection A of Section 3-14.8, Tree replacement, is hereby amended as follows: <br /> <br />*** <br /> <br />5. Tree bank alternafive. <br /> <br />*** <br /> <br />c. The amount of payment of a fee into the Tree Bank shall be determined by the <br />current wholesale market value olus installation costs to the Citv applied to the <br />number of required replacement trees which cannot be reasonably <br />accommodated on site. The payment shall be calculated by dividing the total of <br />the replacement inches that will not be accommodated on-site by 2 1/2 inches <br />(which is the minimum planting diameter at breast height) and then multiplying <br />the result by the current wholesale value olus installation costs to the Citv of a 2 <br />1/2 inch OBH live oak tree (Quercus viFfjinana virainiana). <br /> <br />d.
