He said the opening <br /> <br />is scheduled for October 1. <br /> <br />Board requested that staff contact representatives for Walmart to see if the City can be of with <br /> <br />development of the property. A general discussion ensued regarding the slowdown in development in the to <br /> <br />uncertainty of the flyover project, the Walmart project and the new fa<;ade grant program. <br /> <br />Mr. John Casselberry, 700 South Lost Lake Lane, Casselberry, Florida came forward. Mr. Casselberry <br /> <br />time frame for the Walmart development. Mr. Casselberry suggested that the demolition of the <br /> <br /> <br />postponed until Walmart is ready to begin construction. Mr. Casselberry said that businesses are more concerned <br /> <br /> <br />reconstruction process. Mr. Casselberry suggested that Florida Department of Transportation provide traffic <br /> <br /> <br />the US Highway 17-92/State Road 436 intersection. Mr. Casselberry felt <br /> <br />a lighter steel bridge could save <br /> <br /> <br />could possibly speed up the construction of the fiyover. Mr. Casselberry suggested traffic improvements for Oxford Road, <br /> <br />A general discussion ensued regarding changing the perception of Casselberry. <br /> <br />Mr. Daigle stated that Mr. Etze will be moving out of the area and thanked him <br /> <br />service on <br /> <br /> <br />thanked the Board for the opportunity to serve on the Community Redevelopment Agency. <br /> <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting was <br /> <br /> <br />Tapes of the meeting are available as a matter of public record. <br /> <br />
