Noel Smith made a motion to find Respondent in CEB Case 09-02803 in violation of City Code, Section 70- 2 (C), and that Respondent correct the violation before 1:00 p.m. 10/22/2009. Another hearing will be held before this Board on 11/05/2009 to determine compliance by the aforestated date, and, if there is no compliance by the aforestated date, a fine in the amount of $25.00 per day will be imposed for each and every day the violation continues past the aforestated date. Another hearing will be held before this Board on 11/05/2009 to determine compliance by the aforestated date, and, if there is no compliance by the aforestated date, a fme in the amount of $25.00 per day will be imposed for each and every day the violation continues past the aforestated date. CE..09..03116 1411 Huntington Drive Foster/owner Overgrown property 70..2 (,C) Ketron Brown, Code Enforcement Supervisor gave testimony for the above case. In CEB Case 09-03116, Robert C. Flint made a motion to find Respondent in repeat violation of City Code, Section 70-2 (C), pursuant to the Board's original Order of 07/14/2009, and that Respondent is to correct the repeat violation as required in the Board's original Order of 07/14/2009. A fme of $50.00 per day is hereby imposed to commence 09/09/2009 and continue until there is compliance. The Respondent is further ordered to Contact the Code Enforcement Officer to verify compliance with this Order. In addition if there is no compliance by the aforestated date the Board requests that the City take appropriate action if feasible to accomplish all reasonable repairs and provide all services necessary to bring the property into compliance and respondents will be charged with the cost of such repairs and services in addition to the fine imposed, a subsequent hearing will be held before this Board of 11/05/2009 to determine compliance by the aforestated date.
