<br />SECTION II. Severability. In the event any portion of this Ordinance is, for any reason, <br />held or declared to be unconstitutional, inoperative, or void, such holding shall not affect the <br />remaining portions of this Ordinance. Further, in the event this Ordinance or any provision <br />hereof shall be held to be inapplicable to any person, property, or circumstances, such holding <br />shall not affect its applicability to any other person, property or circumstance.. <br /> <br />SECTION III. Conflicts. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with any of the <br />provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict. <br /> <br />SECTION IV. Codification. It is the intention of the City Commission of the City of <br />Casselberry, Florida, and it is hereby ordained that the provisions of this Ordinance shall <br />become and be made a part of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida; that <br />the Section of this Ordinance may be renumbered or relettered to accomplish such intention; that <br />the word "Ordinance", may be changed to "Section", "Article'; or other appropriate word. <br /> <br />SECTION V. Effective Date.
