<br />any water pipes, electric conduits, sewers, or other aboveground or underground structure
<br />
<br />construction improvement to any public utility, it shall be deemed necessary by the City
<br />
<br />Commission to alter, change, adapt, or conform the mains, pipelines, service pipe, or other
<br />
<br />apparatus or appurtenance of the Grantee hereto, such alterations, or changes, shall be made by
<br />
<br />the Grantee as ordered in writing by the City Commission, without claim for reimbursement. If
<br />
<br />the City shall require the Grantee to adapt or conform its pipelines, pipes, structures, apparatus,
<br />
<br />appurtenances, or other appliances, or in any way to alter, relocate or change its property to
<br />
<br />enable any other person or corporation, except the City, Seminole County, or the State of Florida,
<br />
<br />to use said street, alley, easement, highway or public place, the Grantee shall be reimbursed by
<br />
<br />the person or corporation desiring or occasioning such change for any loss, cost, or expense
<br />
<br />caused by or arising out of such change, alteration, or relocation of Grantee's property. The
<br />
<br />Grantee further agrees that it will not intentionally interfere with, change, or injure any water
<br />
<br />pipes, drains, or sewers of said City of Casselberry, Florida, unless it has received specific
<br />
<br />written permission from the City Commission, its duly authorized representative, or Board.
<br />
<br />SECTION 8:
<br />
<br />INDEMNIFICATION
<br />
<br />During the term of this Franchise, the Grantee shall file with the City Clerk and shall
<br />
<br />
<br />keep in full force and effect at all times during the effective period hereof, insurance certificates
<br />
<br />
<br />evidencing a general liability insurance policy or policies or evidence of self-insurance, the terms
<br />
<br />and conditions whereof shall provide that the City is an additional insured as to the Grantee's
<br />
<br />construction and operation of a natural gas distribution system within the corporate limits of the
<br />
<br />City of Casselberry, Florida. Any primary insurance policy must be issued by a Company
<br />
<br />having a management rating in Best's Insurance Guide ofBB or better. Each such policy shall
<br />
<br />be in the minimum sum of $1,000,000.00 for injury or death to anyone person, and in the
<br />
