<br />(12) Units of participation in the Local Government Surplus Funds Trust Fund established <br />pursuant to Part IV, Chapter 218, Florida Statutes, or any similar common trust fund which is <br />established pursuant to State law as a legal depository of public moneys. <br /> <br />(13) Other investments approved by the Bondholder or the Insurer or Insurers of the <br />Bonds, provided all Outstanding Bonds are insured as to payment by such Insurer or Insurers. <br /> <br />"Authorized Issuer Officer" shall mean the Mayor or his designee, and when used in <br />reference to any act or document, also means any other person authorized by resolution of the Issuer <br />to perform such act or sign such document. <br /> <br />"Bond Counsel" shall mean any attorney at law or firm of attorneys, of nationally <br />recognized standing in matters pertaining to the federal tax exemption of interest on obligations <br />issued by states and political subdivisions, and duly admitted to practice law before the highest court <br />of any state of the United States of America. <br /> <br />"Bondholder" or "Holder" or "holder" or any similar term, when used with reference to <br />a Bond or Bonds, shall mean any person who shall be the registered owner of any Outstanding Bond <br />or Bonds as provided in the registration books of the Issuer. <br /> <br />"Bond Insurance Policy" shall mean the municipal bond new issue insurance policy or <br />policies issued by an Insurer guaranteeing the payment of the principal of and interest on any portion <br />of the Bonds. <br /> <br />"Bonds" shall mean bonds or other evidence of indebtedness including but not limited to, <br />notes or any other obligation issued pursuant to this Resolution, including the Series 2002 Note and <br />any Additional Bonds issued pursuant to this Resolution and any Subordinated Indebtedness which <br />accedes to the status of Bonds pursuant to Section 6.04 hereof. <br /> <br />"Capital Appreciation Bonds" shall mean those Bonds so designated by Supplemental <br />Resolution of the Issuer which may be either Serial Bonds or Term Bonds and which shall bear <br />interest payable only at maturity or redemption. In the case of Bonds that convert to or from Capital <br />Appreciation Bonds with interest payable prior to maturity or mandatory redemption of such Bonds, <br />such Bonds shall be considered Capital Appreciation Bonds only during the period of time interest <br />accrues and is not payable to the Holder thereof. <br /> <br />"City" shall mean the City of Casselberry, Florida, or any successor thereto. <br /> <br />"City Commission" shall mean the City Commission ofthe City or its successor in function. <br /> <br />"Clerk" shall mean the City Clerk of the City and such other person as may be duly <br />appointed to act on his or her behalf. <br /> <br />5 <br />
