Resolutlou 09-2049 - Agreement with Starmer Ranaldl Planning & Architecture, Inc. for ArchItectural and Engineering Design Services for Various PubUc Works Department Facilities Consideration of Resolution 09-2049 approving an Agreement with Starmer Ranaldi Planning & Architecture, Inc. (SRI) for providing architectural and engineering design services related to the StreetslFleetIMaintenance/Stonnwater building facilities and Water/Wastewater Treatment Production office/laboratory facilities is requested. Resolution 09-2057 - Approval of the Seminole County Boating Improvement Program Agreement and Related Budget Amendment #09-038 Consideration of Resolution 09-2057 approving the Seminole County Boating Improvement Program Agreement to accept a grant award in the amount of$15,000 is requested. Approval of Budget Amendment #09-038 recognizing the funds is also requested. H. Budget Ameudment #09-037 - Adjustment of Budgeted Revenues Approval of Budget Amendment #09-037 to adjust budgeted revenues for fiscal year 2009 for various accounts in various funds is requested. 1. Budget Amendment #09-039 - Sole Source Purchase of Ornamental Fountain for Lake Concord (Anniversary) Park Approval of Budget Amendment #09-039 and the purchase of an ornamental fountain in the amount of $4,000 for Lake Concord (Anniversary) Park is requested.
