Paul L. McKernan made a motion to find Respondent(s) in CEB Case #09-00473 in violation of City Code, Section 3-10.3 (A), and that Respondent(s) correct the violation before 1:00 p.m. 07/04/2009. Another hearing will be held before this Board on 07/09/2009 to determine compliance by the aforestated date, and, if there is no compliance by the aforestated date, a f'me in the amount of $25.00 per day will be imposed for each and every day the violation continues past the aforestated date.
