Alvera Armour made a motion to find that Respondent in CEB Case #09-00303 did not comply with the Code Enforcement Board's Order of 03/1712009 by the date specified in that Order and that the fine will be imposed as set forth in that Order. The violation has since complied on 05/14/2009 and therefore, a fme in the amount of $50.00 is hereby imposed. Robert C. Flint seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. NEW CASES CE-oS-03646 852 Turtle Mound Drive Osborne/owner Roof maintenance 305.3 SHC 1994 Rivera, Code Enforcement Officer gave testimony case. Daniel Osborne, 852 Turtle Mound Drive, gave testimony. Paul L. McKernan made a motion to fmd Respondent in CEB Case #08-03646 in violation of City Code, Section 305.3 SHe 1994, and that Respondent correct the violation before 1:00 p.m. 06/0412009. Another hearing will be held before this Board on 06/11/2009 to determine compliance by the aforestated date, and, if there is no compliance by the aforestated date, a fine in the amount of $100.00 per day will be imposed for each and every day the violation continues past the aforestated date. The Respondent is further ordered to contact the Code Inspector to verify compliance with this Order. Alvera Armour seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
