Reclaim Water Storage Facilities

All of the existing storage facilities are located at the WRF, which is more than half a mile
from the nearest public water supply well. These storage facilities consist of a 2.0 million
gallon reclaim water ground storage tank, a 1.0 million gallon reclaim water ground storage
tank, a lined 1.5 million gallon reject storage pond, and a 4.23 million gallon reject/wet
weather storage pond. Both storage ponds have provisions for returning the effluent to the
wastewater plant surge tanks prior to filtration for additional treatment.

III. Potable Water Analysis - Current/Projected Supply and Demand

A Cum:nt Demand

The Gty of Casselberry reports current demand rates of 95-100 gpd per capita with an
assumed average density of 2.5 persons per single family home. For the purposes of this
repon an annual average daily demand of 98 gallons per day per person will be used.

B. Population Projections and Future Water Demand

The population projections for the Gty of Casselberry's service area were outlined in the
Seminole County Water Supply Plan. These projections were based on information
provided by the Bureau of Economic and Business Research as well as the Gty of
Casselberry. Funher, in subtask E.l of the Seminole County Water Supply Plan, the
SJRWMD future land use projections were compared with the Gty's anticipated plans and
population projections. The population projections along with a comparison of future
demand and CUP allocation are presented here as Table 5.

u1ation, Demand and CUP Allocation

iAna 1Jw3n ?nnOf/afions, ?nc.

Page 6
