<br />RESOLUTION 09-2028 <br /> <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, <br />APPROVING AN ADDENDUM TO THE 2007 WATER SUPPLY <br />FACILITIES WORK PLAN; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, <br />SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Casselberry has been deemed eligible for Federal Stimulus Grant <br />funding released by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Casselberry is required by the FDEP to amend its current potable <br />Water Supply Facilities Work Plan to satisfy the grant consideration requirements currently <br />mandated by the FDEP; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, CPH Engineers, Inc. (CPH) submitted Supplement No. 29 to their Continuing <br />Engineering Consulting Services Agreement with the City and prepared the potable Water Supply <br />Facilities Work Plan Addendum; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Addendum prepared by CPH meets all Florida Department of <br />Environmental Protection (FDEP) requirements for inclusion in stimulus grant funding <br />consideration; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Public Works staff have reviewed the Addendum to the 2007 Water Supply <br />Facilities Work Plan and find it favorable to meet the needs of the City. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION I. The City Commission of the City of Casselberry hereby approves the <br />Addendum to the 2007 Water Supply Facilities Work Plan, attached as "Exhibit A". <br /> <br />SECTION II. Conflicts. AIl Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict with any of the <br />provisions of this Resolution are hereby repealed. <br /> <br />SECTION III. Severability. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Resolution <br />proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the <br />validity, force, or effect of any other Section or part of this Resolution. <br /> <br />SECTION IV. Effective Date.
