Attachment A - Disnatchint? Services Agreement <br />Memorandum of Agreement -Transition <br />This Memorandum of Agreement shall be considered by reference, inclusive of the <br />Agreement for Dispatching Services entered into between the City of Casselberry <br />(CASSELBERRY) and the Seminole County Sheriff s Office (SHERIFF). <br />Section 1 -Transfer of Employees <br />1. Transferred Emnlovees: <br />A. Emnlovees to Transfer from CITY to SHERIFF <br />As part of the referenced Agreement, the SHERIFF agrees to employ up to fifteen <br />full time city police dispatch employees who shall transfer employment to the <br />SHERIFF effective October 1, 2007. Employment of these individuals shall be <br />contingent upon the individual passing a drug screening test, background check <br />and medical examination. Upon transfer, CASSELBERRY shall provide to the <br />SHERIFF a copy of each transferring employee's personnel record.
