Hale that CEB Case #CE-0&00341 be continued to the 12f11f200$ Code Enforcement Board Meeting, or <br />to the nett regularly scheduled meeting. <br />Alves Armour seconded the motion. <br />The motion passed unanimously. <br />NEW CASES <br />CE-08-00666 1301 Lancelet Wav Cusack, Timothvfowner aver~rawn ~aroperty 70-2(C <br />Marlene Braman, Code Enforcement Officer, gave testimony far case#08-00666. CEO Braman then showed <br />photos of the property and gave her recommendation. <br />Discussion. <br />Alves Armour made a motion to fmd Respondent in CEB Case 08-00666 in violation of City Code, <br />Section 70-2 (C), and that such violation constitute a serious threat to the public health, safety and welfare, <br />and that Respondent shall correct the violation before 1:00 p.m,, 11f24f200& Another hearing will be held <br />before this Board on 12f11f2008 to determine compliance by this date, and, if there is not compliance, a fine <br />in the amount of $50.00 per day will be imposed for each and every day the violation continues. Further, at <br />the compliance hearing the Board may also request that the City make all reasonable repairs required to <br />bring the property into compliance and charge Respondent with the cost of repairs along with the fine <br />imposed. <br />Paul L. McKernan seconded the motion. <br />The motion passed unanimously. <br />CE-08-02302 1565 Uak Lane Paz, Brendalawner __ __ Trash & debris 70-2(C <br />Marlene Broman, Code Enforcement Officer, gave testimany for case # CE-08-02302. CEO Broman then showed <br />photos of the property and made her recommendation. <br />Kathleen A.
