Alves Armour made a motion to fmd Respondent in CEB Case 08-00666 in violation of City Code, Section 70-2 (C), and that such violation constitute a serious threat to the public health, safety and welfare, and that Respondent shall correct the violation before 1:00 p.m,, 11f24f200& Another hearing will be held before this Board on 12f11f2008 to determine compliance by this date, and, if there is not compliance, a fine in the amount of $50.00 per day will be imposed for each and every day the violation continues. Further, at the compliance hearing the Board may also request that the City make all reasonable repairs required to bring the property into compliance and charge Respondent with the cost of repairs along with the fine imposed.
