He <br />also expressed a concern with animals removing trash from dumpsters, lighting intrusion on the adjacent parcels and <br />the tune frame for the public meeting notification. Ms. Smith reviewed the permifited and conditional uses <br />for the officelresidential zoning designation. <br />A brief discussion ensued regarding the authority of Code Enforcement to inspeet property and the <br />previausly proposed townhome development for the site.
