ORDINANCE NO. !5! ~ ~ N ~ ~ o ~ o ~ ~ ci ~ o ~ z ~ 00 i 00 o ~ z U ~ ~ 00 ;; ~ o :i o ~ ~ 00 z w ~ 00 I AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, ANNEXING LANDS SITUATE AND BEING IN SEMINOLE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: That part of the South half (S~) of Government Lot 4, Section 17, Township 21 South, Range 30 East, lying Northeasterly of State Road 436, and also described as: Lots 1 through 57 inclusive, Block A, Lots 1 through 9 inclusive, Block B, Lots 1 through 39 inclusive, Block C, Block D, and Block E, CARRIAGE HILL, UNIT NO.1, according to the Plat thereof as recorded upon the Public Records of Semi- nole County, Florida; annexing roadways described as that part of SR 436 from the West right-of-way line of Red Bug Road to the East right-of-way line of Highway 17- 92-15-600, TO THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, TO INCLUDE SAID PARCELS OF LAND IN THE MUNICIPAL LIMITS OF SAID CITY; AUTHORIZING AMENDMENT OF CITY MAP TO INCLUDE THE ANNEXATIONS HEREIN; INCLUDING ZONING DESIGNATIONS; SEVERABILITY. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Casselberry, Florida, has heretofore at regular meeting of the City Council approved that certain Petition signed by all of the landowners in the area sought to be annexed, consenting to and requesting the annexation of said area to the City of Casselberry in accordance with Article II, Section 5 ~ 2, Chapter 65-1351, Laws of Florida, 1965; and WHEREAS, said tracts of land lie in Seminole County, Florida, and are contiguous to existing municipal properties and are specifically described in this Ordinance; and WHEREAS, objections to such annexation have been con- sidered and hearings held, and it appearing in the best interest of the City of Casselberry, Florida, to annex said properties subject to specific conditions and restrictions;
