Lake Howell Road East to Highway 17-92; all of Orange Lane; Cypress Way from Melody Lane North to Plumosa Avenue, TO THE CITY OF CAS- SELBERRY, FLORIDA; DEFINING CONDITIONS; RE- DEFINING THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, TO INCLUDE SAID PARCELS OF LAND IN THE MUNICIPAL LIMITS OF SAID CITY; AUTHORIZ- ING AMENDMENT OF CITY MAP TO INCLUDE THE ANNEXATIONS HEREIN; INCLUDING ZONING DESIG- NATIONS; SEVERABILITY. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Casselberry, Florida, has heretofore at regular meeting of the City Council announced its intention to annex certain lands and roads lying contiguous to the said City; and WHEREAS, due notice of the anticipated adoption of this Ordinance was given by the City of Casselberry, Florida, in ac- cordance with the requirements of the City Charter of the City of Casselberry, Florida; and WHEREAS, said tracts of land lie in Seminole County, Florida, and are contiguous to existing municipal properties and are specifically described in this Ordinance; and WHEREAS, objections to such annexation have been con- sidered and hearings held, and it appearing in the best interest of the City of Casselberry, Florida, to annex said properties subject to specific conditions and restrictions; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA: SECTION I - ANNEXATION AND ZONING - That the City of Casselberry, Florida, does herewith and hereby annex and desig- nate zoning of those certain tracts of land lying in Seminole County, Florida, and more particularly described as follows, to-wit: a) Lot 5, Block C, CASSELBERRY HEIGHTS, according to the Plat thereof as -2-
