<br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY,
<br />FLORIDA, EXPRESSING THE INTENTION OF THE
<br />CITY TO EXTEND ITS TERRITORIAL LIMITS TO
<br />ANNEX CERTAIN LANDS LYING CONTIGUOUS TO
<br />THE PRESENT BOUNDARIES OF SAID CITY AND
<br />WITHIN THE SAME COUNTY.
<br />
<br />BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY
<br />OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA:
<br />
<br />1) That this Ordinance is enacted pursuant to Section
<br />
<br />5, House Bill No. 1567 (Chapter 65-1351) and recorded in Munici-
<br />
<br />pal Charters Book V, Page 143, Laws of Florida.
<br />
<br />2) That the City of Casselberry, Florida, hereby
<br />
<br />declares its intention to annex to the City of Casselberry,
<br />
<br />Florida, at the expiration of thirty (30) days from the adoption
<br />
<br />of this Ordinance, the following described parcels of land lying
<br />
<br />contiguous to the present boundaries of the City of Casselberry,
<br />
<br />Florida, and being in Seminole County, Florida:
<br />
<br />a) Lot 3, Block C, CASSELBERRY HEIGHTS,
<br />according to the Plat thereof as re-
<br />corded in Plat Book 9, Page 37, Public
<br />Records of Seminole County, Florida.
<br />
<br />b) Lots 1, 8 and 11, Block D, CASSELBERRY
<br />HEIGHTS, according to the Plat thereof
<br />as recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 37,
<br />Public Records of Seminole County,
<br />Florida.
<br />
<br />c) Lot 10, Block D, CASSELBERRY HEIGHTS,
<br />according to the Plat thereof as re-
<br />corded in Plat Book 9, Page 37, Public
<br />Records of Seminole County, Florida.
<br />
<br />d) Lot 7, Block D, CASSELBERRY HEIGHTS,
<br />according to the Plat thereof as re-
<br />corded in Plat Book 9, Page 37, Public
<br />Records of Seminole County, Florida.

<br />e) Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, and 9, Block
<br />J, CASSELBERRY HEIGHTS, according to
<br />the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat
