<br />This instrument prepared by: <br />Community Development Department <br />City of Casselberry <br />95 Triplet Lake Drive <br />Casselberry, Florida 32707 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE No. 08-1235 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AMENDING <br />THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AS ESTABLISHED IN <br />ARTICLE IV, SECTION 2-4.3, UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS <br />OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED AND <br />SUPPLEMENTED; ESTABLISHING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF RMF- <br />13 (MEDIUM DENSITY MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) FOR THE PARCEL <br />DESCRIBED IN SECTION I OF THIS ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR <br />CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, CODIFICATION AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the property described in Section I is within the corporate boundary of the City of <br />Casselberry; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission/Local Planning Agency has held a <br />public hearing with due public notice to consider the rezoning amendment; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a Public Hearing on the question of amending the current City of Casselberry Official <br />Zoning Map classification of the property hereinafter described, has been duly held by the City Commission <br />in the City of Casselberry, Florida and at such hearing, interested parties and citizens for and/or against the <br />proposed amendments of the City of Casselberry Official Zoning Map classifications were heard; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after said Public Hearing, the City Commission of the City of Casselberry, Florida, has <br />determined that the Official Zoning Map classification of said property shall be established as set forth below <br />as those classifications are defined in Articles IV and V of Chapter II, as amended and supplemented, of the <br />Unified Land Development Regulations, Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida, and has <br />further determined that said zoning is consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION I. That the Official Zoning Map established in Article IV, Section 2-4.3 of the Unified <br />Land Development Regulations of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida, as amended <br />and supplemented, be, and the same is hereby amended for the parcel of land located on the south side of <br />Seminola Boulevard, in the southwest quadrant of the Hill Street and Seminola Boulevard intersection, as <br />shown on "Attachment A" totaling 4.31 (+/-) acres in size and described as follows: <br /> <br />ParcellD Number: 09-21-30-506-0300-003C <br />LOTS 3,4,& 5 (LESS SOUTH 175 FEET OF THE WEST 75 FEET OF LOT 3 AND <br />BEGINNING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 3, RUN SOUTH 150 <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 08-1235 <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
