CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Glancy called the workshop of the Casselberry City Commission to order at 6:03 p.m. <br /> <br />II. RENTAL PROPERTY ORDINANCE INFORMATION <br /> <br />Presentation: Police Lieutenant Scott Pleasants gave a presentation regarding background, purpose, and <br />functionality of rental property ordinances. Police Chief Jim Ruf assisted with the presentation which gave <br />an overview of how the City ofDeltona, the City of Mount Dora and the City of Gainesville have effectively <br />implemented and operate with a rental property ordinance.
