This project will be presented <br />for ward of bid at a later date. <br /> <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of Resolution <br />08-1986. <br /> <br />1. Resolution 08-1988 - Renumbering and Reorganization of City Charter <br /> <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />APPROVING THE RENUMBERING AND REORGANlZA TION OF THE CITY <br />CHARTER; PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION, CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND <br />AN EFFECTIVE DATE." <br /> <br />Introduction: Resolution 08-1988 provides for the renumbering and reorganization of the City Charter. <br /> <br />Budget Impact: This item has no budget impact. <br /> <br />Recommendation: The City Manager, City Clerk and City Attorney recommended approval of Resolution <br />08-1988. <br /> <br />M. Resolution 08-1989 - Change Order I with Emerald Utilities and Site Development <br />for the Natural Resources Conservation Services Erosion Control Proiect <br /> <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE <br />EXECUTION OF CHANGE ORDER NO. I TO THE CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT <br />WITH EMERALD UTILITIES AND SITE DEVELOPMENT FOR EXTENSION OF THE <br />NATURAL RESOURCES CONSERVATION SERVICES EROSION CONTROL <br />PROJECT AS A RESULT OF TROPICAL STORM FAY; PROVIDING FOR <br />CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." <br /> <br />Introduction: Resolution 08-1989 provides for approval of Change Order No. I to the contract between the <br />City and Emerald Utilities and Site Development for extension of the project boundaries of the Queens <br />Mirror South Lake Triplet component of the Natural Resources Conservation Services (NRCS) project. <br /> <br />Budget Impact: Funds to cover this additional work in the amount of $1 04,925 are available in the Public <br />Works StormwaterUtility Funds AccountNo. 110-740-539-63.53 and AccountNo. 110-740-536-31.00. The <br />reimbursement amount received from NRCS will be posted back to these respective accounts. <br /> <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of Resolution <br />08-1989. <br />
