SECTION 1
PURPOSE OF SUPPLEMENT

The purpose of this Supplement is to provide for Engineering Services, more
specifically itemized herein, in the preparation of engineering documents for the
installation of approximately 760 lineal feet of 6-inch water main from its present
terminus at the Water Reclamation Facility (WRF) fire hydrant location to the Transfer
Pump Station. During the typical peak irrigation demand period (May and early June of
each year), the City of Casselberry does not have the wastewater flow volumes needed
to produce sufficient reclaimed water to provide all customers with the quantities
desired. This connection would provide augmentation only at times when sufficient
reclaimed water is not available.

SECTION 2
SCOPE OF SERVICES

2.0 General

The Scope of Services is attached as Exhibit 1 .

SECTION 3
GENERAL SERVICES OF THE ENGINEER

3.0 General

A. The ENGINEER shall provide all services required to complete each task in
accordance with the regulatory requirements in effect on the date of this
Supplement to the extent of the scope of work as defined and set out in this
Supplement. The ENGINEER shall perform professional services as
hereinafter stated in accordance with good engineering practices.

B. The ENGINEER will serve as the OWNER's professional engineering
representative in those phases of the project to which this Supplement
applies and will meet, consult with, and provide advice to the OWNER during
the performance of these services. The ENGINEER will perform the services
for the City Commission under the direction of the Public Works Director.
The Principal-in-Charge/Project Manager will be Terry M. Zaudtke, P.E.,
BCEE and the Project Engineer will be William C. Goucher, P.E.

2
