<br />RESOLUTION 08 - 1976 <br /> <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, <br />AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF SUPPLEMENT NO. 28 TO THE <br />CONTINUING CONSULTING ENGINEERING SERVICES AGREEMENT WIm <br />CPH ENGINEERS, INC. FOR ENGINGEERING SERVICES FOR THE <br />RENEWAL OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY'S WATER RECLAMATION <br />FACILITY OPERATING PERMIT: PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, <br />SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Casselberry's FDEP Water Reclamation Facility Operating Permit will <br />expire in April 2009; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, CPH Engineers, Inc. (CPH) has all the necessary information and the expertise to <br />complete the permit renewal process; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Casselberry has a continuing services agreement with CPH for consulting <br />engineering services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, CPH has submitted Supplement No. 28, for an amount not to exceed $18,473.00, to <br />complete the permitting process; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Public Works staff has reviewed Supplement No. 28 submitted by CPH Engineers, <br />Inc. and finds it favorable to meet the needs of the City. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION I. The City Commission of the City of Casselberry hereby approves Supplement No. <br />28, attached as "Exhibit A", and authorizes the Mayor to execute said document on behalf of the City. <br /> <br />SECTION 11. Conflicts. All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict with any of the <br />provisions of this Resolution are hereby repealed. <br /> <br />SECTION m. Severabilitv. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Resolution proves to be <br />invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force, or effect <br />of any other Section or part of this Resolution. <br /> <br />SECTION IV. Effective Date.
