<br />4) No more than one (1) large vehicle may be parked on a residential lot. <br />5) Large vehicles and equipmenl shall not be parked in a residential district, including the right <br />of way, unless the vp.hicle and oarkino AM paIked in accordance with the criteria provided in <br />this Section or unless in the process of making deliveries, or actively engaged in service <br />work. Parking of vehicles that are inconsistent with the requirements as defined in Section 3- <br />10 Q{A)(1VBV1l and 3-10 QlA\l1llB)(4\ in a ~I dstrict are omhibited <br />6) All reflective signage, regardless of size, shall be covered by a one-piece, solid colored <br />magnetic cover of the same or similar color as the vehicle. <br /> <br />SECTION 2: The Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry Part II, Article 82. Section 82-127, <br />'Truck parking in residential districts', is hereby deleted and replaced in Rs entirety with the following text: <br /> <br />Large trucks and equipment (as defined in Part III of the Unified Land Development Regulations, Section 3. <br />1O.9(A)(1), Large Vehicles and Equipmen~ may not be parked or stored in any residentiaily zoned area <br />unless in the process of making deliveries, or unless actively engaged in work that day at the address where <br />the vehicle is parked. Sign copy area may be reduced on a vehicle <br />by the use of a one-piece, solid colored magnetic cover of the same or similar color as the <br />vehicle to enable front yard parking as provided in section 3-10.9(A)(1)(A). <br />3) Any vehicle wRh commercial sign copy area on the rear of the vehicle. <br />4) Vehicles and equipment, inciuding but not limited to: farm, grading or industrial equipment; step <br />vans; stake-bed trucks; flatbed trucks; non-recreational utility trailers equal to or greater than 20 <br />feet, including the hitch; dump trucks; trucks without a bed; buses; tractor cabs; tractor trailers; <br />wreckers; hearses; tow dollies; vehicles with three (3) or more axles; a one-ton chassis; utility <br />bed trucks; trucks of any size which have operating motorized COOling unRs; and trucks wRh <br />scrolling signs. <br />5) Vehicles wRh accessories or attachments (racks and similar structures) designed to haul, store, <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 06-1194 <br />Page 4 of 6 <br />
