<br />WHEREAS, words with double underlined type shall constitute additions to the original text and 6IIllIe <br /> <br />lIlFeugIl sihall constitute deletions to the original text. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIDA: <br /> <br />SECTION 1: The Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry Part III, Article X, Subsection (A)(1), of <br />Section 3-10.9, 'Parking of vehicles in residential districts' is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the <br />following text: <br /> <br />Section 3-10.9. Parking of vehicles In residential districts. <br />A. General requirements. The parking of vehicles and equipment and recreational equipment in residential <br />districts sihall be regulated as follows: <br />1. Parking of vehicles and equipment. <br />A. Any vehicle less than, or equal to, twenty two (22) feet in length or eight (8) feet in height may park <br />in the driveway or designated parking area in a residentially zoned district, except as set forth in <br />paragraphs B - E below. Said vehicle may also include commercial sign copy so long as the total <br />commercial sign copy area is less than or equal to four (4) square feet, not to exceed two (2) <br />square feet on anyone side (not to include the rear of the vehicle). <br /> <br />B. Large vehicles are defined as: <br />1) Any vehicle greater than twenty two (22) feet in length or eight (8) feet in height, including <br />attachments. <br />2) Any vehicle with commercial sign copy area greater than four (4) square feet and that <br />exceeds two (2) square feet of copy area on anyone side. Sign copy area may be reduced <br />on a vehicle by the use of a one-piece, solid-colored magnetic cover of the same or similar <br />color as the vehicle to enable front yard parking as provided in section 3-10.9(A)(1)(A). <br />3) Any vehicle with commercial sign copy area on the!allll.lll rear of the vehicle. <br />4) Vehicles and equipment, including but not limited to: tann, grading or industrial equipment; <br />step vans; stake-bed trucks; flatbed trucks; non-recreational utility trailers equal to or greater <br />than 20 feet, including hitches; dump trucks; trucks wRhout a bed; buses; tractor cabs: <br />tractor trailers; wreckers; hearses; tow dollies; vehicles wRh three (3) or more axles; utility <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 06-1194 <br />Page 2 of 6 <br />
