N. Budget Amendment #09-013 - Establishment of a Parks & Facilities Maintenance Account in the Tree Replacement Fund and Recognition of Fnnds from the Urban and Community Forestry Grant Program Approval of Budget Amendment #09-013 to establish a Parks and Facilities Maintenance account in the amount of $23,000 within the City's Tree Replacement Fund to furnish trees throughout the City's park system and to recognize a $5,000 grant award from the Urban and Community Forestry (U&CF) Grant Program for the replacement aftrees is requested. O. Budget Amendment #09-014 - Rollover and Re-budget of Funds Appropriated in FY 2008 for the Gee Creek Erosion Control Projects Approval of Budget Amendment #09-014 to rollover and re-budget funds appropriated in FY 2008 for the Gee Creek erosion control projects is requested. 9.
