Resolution 08-1914 - Subordination of City Utility Interests Agreement between the <br />Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) and the City of Casselberry <br /> <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE <br />EXECUTION OF SUBORDINATION OF CITY UTILITY INTERESTS AGREEMENT(S) <br />BETWEEN THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY AND THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF <br />TRANSPORTATION (FDOT); PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND <br />EFFECTIVE DATE." <br /> <br />Introduction: Resolution 08-1914 provides for approval of two separate subordination of City utility <br />interests agreements between the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) and the City of Casselberry, <br />in conjunction with the Commuter Rail System Project. <br /> <br />Budget Impact: There is no impact to the current budget. <br /> <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of Resolution <br />08-1914. <br /> <br />H. Resolution 08-1917 - Agreement with Casselberrv Little League for 2008 <br /> <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA APPROVING AND <br />AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH CASSELBERRY <br />LITTLE LEAGUE TO UTILIZE FACILITIES AT WIRZ PARK AND SECRET LAKE <br />PARK; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE." <br /> <br />Introduction: Resolution 08-1917 provides for a one year agreement with Casselberry Little League with <br />an option to extend the agreement for one additional year. <br /> <br />Budget Impact: The impact to the budget will be an increase in revenues to the General Fund of <br />approximately $9,734 per year for fees associated with the terms of the agreement. <br /> <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Administrative Services Director recommended approval of <br />Resolution 08-1917. <br />
