Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of Resolution 08-1912. G. Resolution 08-1914 - Subordination of City Utility Interests Agreement between the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) and the City of Casselberry "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF SUBORDINATION OF CITY UTILITY INTERESTS AGREEMENT(S) BETWEEN THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY AND THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION (FDOT); PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Resolution 08-1914 provides for approval of two separate subordination of City utility interests agreements between the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) and the City of Casselberry, in conjunction with the Commuter Rail System Project. Budget Impact: There is no impact to the current budget. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of Resolution 08-1914. H. Resolution 08-1917 - Agreement with Casselberrv Little League for 2008 "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH CASSELBERRY LITTLE LEAGUE TO UTILIZE FACILITIES AT WIRZ PARK AND SECRET LAKE PARK; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Resolution 08-1917 provides for a one year agreement with Casselberry Little League with an option to extend the agreement for one additional year. Budget Impact: The impact to the budget will be an increase in revenues to the General Fund of approximately $9,734 per year for fees associated with the terms of the agreement. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Administrative Services Director recommended approval of Resolution 08-1917.
