All were present. <br /> <br />5. MINUTES <br /> <br />No minutes were presented for consideration at this meeting. <br /> <br />6. PRESENT A TlONS/COMMENDA TlONS <br /> <br />A. Departmental Presentation - Citv- Wide Grants and Other Externallv Leveraged Funds <br />Reoort <br /> <br />Ms. Adam Reichbach, Intern, gave a presentation on City-Wide grants and other externally leveraged funds. <br />A copy of the presentation is attached to and made a part of these minutes. <br /> <br />8. Deoartmental Presentation - Facilities Maintenance <br /> <br />Mr. Luis Cruz, Parks and Recreation Manager, gave a presentation on facilities maintenance. A copy of the <br />presentation is attached to and made a part of these minutes. <br /> <br />7. CITIZENS' COMMENTS <br /> <br />Mayor Goff announced that persons who wished to make comment or make inquiry on any matter not on the <br />agenda, may request to be recognized during Citizens' Comments. The following individuals came forward: <br /> <br />I) Mr. John Casselbeny, 700 South Lost Lake Lane, voiced concerns regarding the <br />demolition of the former Buckhorn Bar on U.S. Highway 17-92 which he considered a <br />historical building. Mr. Casselbeny voiced further concerns regarding current code <br />enforcement fines and procedures. <br /> <br />2) Mr. Andrew Gaba, I I I Lemon Lane, voiced concerns regarding commercial vehicle <br />parking and inquired if any proposed amendments to the ladder rack regulations were being <br />proposed for future consideration. Mr. Gaba voiced further concerns regarding maintenance <br />of roads, and the City buying properties and taking those properties off the tax rolls. Mayor <br />Goff stated that the City has not purchased any land for approximately three years, and that <br />most recent land acquisitions have been made by Seminole County (for the Red Bug Road <br />flyover project) and Florida Department of Transportation (for the U.S. 17-92 flyover <br />project). Ms. Lipscomb stated that some minor modifications to the commercial vehicle <br />parking and ladder rack regulations would be included in an upcoming glitch ordinance. <br />
