<br />SECTION 6. Transmittal to the Department of Community Affairs. The City Manager or <br /> <br />her designee is hereby designated to sign a letter transmitting these Map Amendments to the <br /> <br />Department of Community Affairs, in accordance with Section 163.3187 (1)(c)(4), Florida <br /> <br />Statutes, and Section 9J-11 Florida Administrative Code. <br /> <br />SECTION 7. CONFLICTS. All ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with any <br /> <br />provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed. <br /> <br />SECTION 8. SEVERABILITY. If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or <br /> <br />portion of this Ordinance, or application hereof, is for any reason held invalid or unconstitutional <br /> <br />by any Court, such portion or application shall be deemed a separate, distinct and independent <br /> <br />provision, and such holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions or application <br /> <br />hereof, to the maximum extent allowed by law. <br /> <br />SECTION 9. EFFECTIVE DATE. The effective date of this plan amendment shall be the <br /> <br />date a final order is issued by the Department of Community Affairs or Administration <br /> <br />Commission finding the amendment in compliance in accordance with Section 163.3184, Florida <br /> <br />Statutes, whichever occurs earlier. If a final order of non-compliance is issued by the <br /> <br />Administration Commission, this amendment may nevertheless be made effective by adoption of <br />a resolution affirming its effective status, a copy of which resolution shall be sent to the Florida <br /> <br />Department of Community Affairs, Division of Community Planning, Plan Processing Team.
