<br />B. Subject to the provisions of this paragraph 9, if there occurs an Event of Default by <br />Lessee, in addition to any other remedies available to Owner at law in equity, Owner <br />shall have the option to terminate this Agreement and all rights of Lessec hereunder. <br /> <br />C. Subject to the provisions of this paragraph 9, if there occurs an Event of Default by <br />Lessee, Owner shall have the right, to fc-enter the property and/or remove persons or <br />property Ii-om the property subject to the terms of paragraph 17. <br /> <br />10. Notices <br /> <br />All notices hereunder must be in writing and, unless otherwise provided herein, shall be <br />deemed validly given if sent by certilied mail, return receipt requested, addressed as <br />follows (or to any other mailing address which the party to be notilied may designate to <br />the other party by such notice) or as otherwise provided under applicable state law. <br />Should Owner or Lessee have a change of address, the other party shall immediately be <br />notilied as provided in this paragraph of such change.
