Prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for the the shall make a <br />contribution of $7,500 to the Casselberry Tree Bank. The applicant may choose to submit a revised <br />plan to Community Development staff indicating the addition of 30 trees to the site in lieu of this contribution. This <br />revised landscape plan shall meet the requirements of Article XIII and shall receive Community Development <br />approval prior to a final landscape inspection. <br />2. All proposed and future lighting must comply with Chapter 3, Article X, Section 3-10.2 (6) of the Land <br />Development Regulations. <br />3. The site shall pass a photometric inspection prior to the issuance of a Certificate of <br />4. All sign age for the site shall conform to the City's ULDR and shall be submitted as a separate permit. <br />5. All permits from appropriate State and County agencies shall be obtained prior to the submittal for a site <br />engineering permit to the City's Public Works Department. <br />6. No site engineering construction activities shall take place on the property until a site permit is <br />approved, and issued by the City's Public Works Department. <br />7. The site plan extension shall be valid for six months upon approval by the Planning and Zoning Commission. The <br />site plan shall expire on April 11 , 2009. <br />8. All of the above conditions shall be fully and faithfully executed or the site plan shall become null and void. <br /> <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission had no questions for the applicant. <br /> <br />Mr. Buchanan asked if there was anyone in the audience who wished to speak in favor of, or in opposition the <br /> <br />request. No one came forward. <br /> <br />Mr. Buchanan asked for a motion to address SPR 08-18. Mr. Henson recommended approval of SPR 08-18 for the site <br /> <br />plan extension for White Sands for an additional 6 months. Amendments to provide clarification to portions of the UlDR including Table <br />2-5.3 land Use by District, Section 2-7.10 Fences and Walls, and Section 3-10.9 Parking in Residential Districts. <br /> <br />Ms. Sandra Smith, Chief Planner, reviewed the information provided in her memorandum dated September 16, <br /> <br />to the Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission (a copy is on file in the Community Development Department). <br /> <br />After a brief discussion, Mr. Buchanan asked if there was anyone in the audience who wished to speak in favor of. or in <br /> <br />opposition to, the request. Mr. John Casselberry, 700 South lost lake lane, Casselberry, Florida came forward. Mr. <br /> <br />Casselberry suggested restricting external storage to address the ladder rack issue. He felt that people considered the ladders <br /> <br />more objectionable than the ladder racks. <br />
