<br />Planning & Zoning Commission! <br />Local Planning Agency <br />October 11 , 2006 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />1, The applicant's surveyor will incorporate all comments from staff, the City Attorney and City Surveyor into a <br />revised final plat prior to review by the City Commission, The final plat shall be submitted in the following form for <br />review by the City Commission: fourteen (14) 11" x 17" copies and four (4) 20" x 24" copies, <br />2, A performance bond shall be obtained and provided to the City in lieu of a certificate of completion. <br />3, The applicant is responsible for City attorney and surveyor fees. A check shall be provided made payable to "City <br />of Casselberry" for these fees prior to recording. <br />4, The applicant is responsible for the recording fees, A check made payable to "Clerk of the Court": shall be <br />provided to the City prior to recording, <br /> <br />Mr, Burlingame asked the applicant to come forward. Mr, David McGregor, 449 Twisting Pine Circle, Longwood, <br /> <br />Florida came forward, The Commission had no questions for the applicant. <br /> <br />Mr, Burlingame asked if there was anyone in the audience who wished to speak in favor of, or in opposition to, the <br /> <br />request. No one came forward, <br /> <br />Mr, Burlingame asked for a motion to address the request. Mr, Buchanan recommended approval of SP 06-06 to the <br /> <br />City Commission per the staff report dated October 6, 2006 from Ms, Sandra Smith including the findings of fact and staff's <br /> <br />recommendations. Mr. Henson seconded the motion, The motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br /> <br />Third Item of Business: Other Business <br /> <br />Ms. Smith said at the last Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting the Commission requested the names of the <br />members up for reappointment in January 2007. Ms. Smith said that Mr, Buchanan, Mr. Henson and Mr, Weinroth are up for <br /> <br />reappointment and the City Clerk would mail out letters to the members in December. <br /> <br />A brief discussion ensued regarding the pending parking ordinances. <br /> <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, motion was made, seconded, and passed to adjourn. <br /> <br />Tapes of the meeting are available as a matter of public record. <br /> <br /> <br />David Burlingame, Vice-Chairman <br /> <br />
