<br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br /> <br />PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION/ <br />LOCAL PLANNING AGENCY <br /> <br />The City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission/Local Planning Agency held a public hearing on <br />Wednesday, May 10, 2006, at 6:30 P.M. in the Casselberry City Hall, Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, <br />Casselberry, Florida. <br /> <br />Members present: <br /> <br />Paul D. Kelley, Chairman <br />David Burlingame, Vice Chairman <br />David Henson <br />Michael Buchanan <br />Harley Parkhurst <br />Nathan Van Meter, Jr. <br />Edmund Bakalla (alternate) <br /> <br />Members absent: <br /> <br />Stanley Weinroth <br /> <br />Staff members present: <br /> <br />Sandra Smith, Chief Planner <br />Matt Dorsten, Planner <br />Joni Dixon, Sr. Staff Assistant <br /> <br />First Item of Business: Approval of Minutes for the Public Hearing held on Wednesday, April 26, 2006. <br />Mr. Kelley stated the Chair was open for a motion on the approval of minutes for the public hearing held on <br />Wednesday, April 26, 2006. Mr. Parkhurst moved to accept the April 26, 2006 minutes. Mr. Burlingame seconded the motion. <br /> <br />The motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br /> <br />Second Item of Business: SPR 06-11 & CU 06-05: Pathways to Care. Continued. Site plan modification request to <br />provide a designated outdoor location with permanent seating and tables and revision of Development Order 02-08. <br />Property located at 430 Plumosa Avenue, Casselberry, Florida. <br /> <br />Ms. Sandra Smith, Acting Community Development Director, reviewed the information provided in her memorandum <br /> <br />dated March 15, 2006, to the City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission (a copy is on file in the Community <br /> <br />Development Department). Ms. Smith provided color photographs of the proposed area for review by the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission (a copy is attached and made a part of the record). Ms. Smith stated these are the same photographs that were <br /> <br />included as black and white photographs in the staff report. Ms. Smith stated that staff recommends approval of CU 06-05, for <br />
