Mr. Daigle recommended any new or current members attend the <br /> <br />conference in the future <br /> <br />Fourteenth Item of Business: Old Business <br /> <br />Mr. Kohler distributed a spreadsheet showing the CRA projects and work program (a copy is on file <br /> <br />in the Community Development Department). Mr. Kohler said the spreadsheet could be reviewed at a <br /> <br />future meeting. <br /> <br />Mr. Daigle said he has been working with Joni at Crown Bank to redesign the <br /> <br />logo. He <br /> <br />he also drafted a mission statement. It was decided to postpone any decisions on this item. <br /> <br />A brief discussion ensued regarding "Errors and Omissions Insurance" for the CRA Board <br /> <br />Members. Mr. Kohler said he would follow up on this. The Board requested documentation from the City <br /> <br />Attorney regarding this matter. <br /> <br />Mr. McGregor said that at a previ.ous meeting a motion was made by Mr. Fall requesting the CRA's <br />obligation for the City Center. Mr. Kohler said this was a dead issue because the Board is updating the <br /> <br />CRA Plan. <br />
