Approval of related Budget Amendment 09- 005 to roll over funds from FY07-08 in the amount of $300,000 is also requested. B. Resolution 08-1951 - Supplement No. 24 to CPH Engineers, Inc. Continuing Consulting Engineering Services Agreement for the Design and Construction Administration Services of an Emergency Water Interconnect with the City of Winter Springs and Related Budget Amendment 09-004 Approval of Resolution 08-1951 and Supplement No. 24 to the Agreement for Continuing Consulting Engineering Services with CPH Engineers in the amount of$9,630 for the design and pennitting services for the water distribution interconnect with the City of Winter Springs is requested.
