The Board scheduled January 31, and February 21,2007 for the community input <br /> <br />workshops. <br /> <br />Ms. Smith suggested adding the workshop meeting information to the water bills. Mr. Kohler <br /> <br />he would work with <br /> <br />Smith regarding the workshop notification. <br /> <br />Mr. Hoffmann <br /> <br />a <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />the <br /> <br /> <br />input <br /> <br /> <br />31 <br /> <br /> <br />21, <br /> <br /> <br />the meeting would be scheduled for 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the Commission Chambers <br /> <br />on the availability of the room. <br /> <br />Ms. <br /> <br /> <br />motion. Mr. Seib <br /> <br /> <br />he <br /> <br />is very interested in the Casselberry Town Center (City Center). <br /> <br />A <br /> <br /> <br />regarding <br /> <br /> <br />of Intent <br /> <br />the RFP <br /> <br />Mr. Miller <br /> <br />that Mr. <br /> <br />wants a <br /> <br />understanding that if he invests in the project he would be assured that he has a secure hold from a business standpoint that <br /> <br />he will recover his investment. <br /> <br />Economic DevelopmentJCAA Manager Position <br /> <br />Mr. Miller said that the Economic Development position <br /> <br />been advertised for approximately a month and a half <br /> <br />and the City has received three applications. Mr. Miller said Ms. Lipscomb will begin her employment with the City on <br /> <br />January 29 and he felt that Ms. Lipscomb should fill the following <br /> <br /> <br />Economic Development Director, HR Director, <br /> <br />Finance Director and Community Development Director. <br /> <br />Mr. Miller introduced Mr. Mark Glover, Interim Finance Director, to the CRA Board. Mr. Miller recommended that the <br /> <br />dialogue continue with the CRA Board and the City Commission in a workshop type setting. <br /> <br />Mr. Miller said that Rachel's is on the market. <br />
