Mr. McGregor seconded <br /> <br />the motion. The motion passed unanimously by vote. <br /> <br /> <br />order was <br /> <br />Sixth Item of Business: Authorization to Demolish Concord Center Building <br /> <br />Mr. Ed Torres, Public Works Director, said at the December 11, 2006 joint meeting the CRA and the City <br /> <br />Commission consented unanimously to demolish the Concord Center property. Mr. Torres said a proposal from Central <br /> <br />Florida Environmental was presented and approved at the last City Commission meeting for demolition of the contingent <br /> <br />on the CRA paying the demolition cost. Mr. Torres explained if the asphalt pavement and concrete slabs remain the cost of <br /> <br />demolition is reduced by $12,800 and it provides the developer a credit from St. John's River Water Management District <br /> <br />the impervious surface calculations for stormwater purposes. <br /> <br />Mr. Torres said a conceptual site plan would be completed for the Concord Center site and a second conceptual plan <br /> <br />would consist of Concord Center and the Black's Automotive site. <br />
