<br />Redevelopment Agency <br /> <br />January <br />Page 3 of 7 <br /> <br />Mr. McGregor made a motion that staff respond to the internal control and compliance policies with specific <br /> <br />recommendations and/or documents. Mr. Daigle <br /> <br />the motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br /> <br />rlr1r. Hoffmann arrived at the meeting at 10: 11 a.m. <br /> <br /> <br />Review Joint <br /> <br />Mr. Kohler <br /> <br />the following <br /> <br />were <br /> <br />at the City <br /> <br /> <br />joint workshop: <br /> <br />1. title to correct on <br />2. Demolition of the Concord Center <br />3. Continuing on a <br />4. Updating of the CRA plan <br />5. Determining the format regarding the community input for the <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />A lengthy discussion <br /> <br />regarding <br /> <br /> <br />the title for the <br /> <br />from <br /> <br />ownership to <br /> <br />and the Triplet Lake <br /> <br />intersection improvements. <br /> <br />Mr. Jones made a motion to leave the Target outparcel in the City's name until the completion of the Triplet Lake <br /> <br />Drive intersection improvement project and then convey the remainder of the property to the CRA. Mr. McGregor seconded <br /> <br />the motion. The motion passed unanimously by vote. <br /> <br /> <br />order was <br /> <br />Sixth Item of Business: Authorization to Demolish Concord Center Building <br /> <br />Mr. Ed Torres, Public Works Director, said at the December 11, 2006 joint meeting the CRA and the City <br /> <br />Commission consented unanimously to demolish the Concord Center property. Mr. Torres said a proposal from Central <br /> <br />Florida Environmental was presented and approved at the last City Commission meeting for demolition of the contingent <br /> <br />on the CRA paying the demolition cost. Mr. Torres explained if the asphalt pavement and concrete slabs remain the cost of <br /> <br />demolition is reduced by $12,800 and it provides the developer a credit from St. John's River Water Management District <br /> <br />the impervious surface calculations for stormwater purposes. <br /> <br />Mr. Torres said a conceptual site plan would be completed for the Concord Center site and a second conceptual plan <br /> <br />would consist of Concord Center and the Black's Automotive site. <br />
