CITY OF CASSELBERRY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT The City of Casselberry Board of Adjustment held a public hearing on Thursday, September 2006, at 6:30 P.M., in the Casselberry City Hall Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Drive, Florida. Members present were: Hal Billerbeck, Chairman Ed Bowman, Vice-Chairman Jonathon Miller Mary Anne Gauvin Earl McMullen Luis Guzman (alternate) Staff members present: Sandra Smith, Acting Community Development Director Charles Senzee, Planner Joni Dixon, Sr. Staff Assistant First Item of Business: Approval of Minutes for the public hearing held on Thursday, August 24, 2006. Mr. Billerbeck stated the Chair would entertain a motion on the approval of the minutes for the public hearing held on Thursday, August 24, 2006. Mr. McMullen moved to accept the August 2006 minutes. Mr. Miller seconded the motion. Motion passed unanimously by voice vote. Second Item of Business: Disclosure of Ex Parte communications. There was no disclosure of ex-parte communications. Third Item of Business: BA 06-12: RGP Tower GrouD. Variance request to Chapter II, Article VII, Section 2-7.22 Table 3(b) "Communication Tower Separation from Off-Site Uses/Designated Areas", to grant: 1. A 352-foot encroachment into the separation requirements from the mixed use zoned property, including residential to the south, creating a 38-foot separation in lieu of the required 390 foot separation (300% of the height of the 130' tall tower). 2. A 105 1;4 -foot encroachment into the separation requirements from the mixed use zoned property, including residential to the east, creating a 284 foot separation in lieu of the required 390 foot separation (300% of the height of the 130' tall tower). The property for which the variance is requested is located at 1548 Seminola Blvd in Casselberry, Florida.
