Board of Adjustment August 24, 2006 Page 4 Mr. Billerbeck asked for a motion for BA 06-11. Mr. Miller made a motion to deny BA 06-11. Mr. Bowman seconded the motion. The Board was polled. Mary Anne Gauvin Ed Bowman Hal Billerbeck Jonathon Miller Yes Luis Guzman Yes motion unanimously. Fourth Item of Business: BA 06-09: 432 Forest Park Lane, Barry and Leslie Stockwell. Variance request to Chapter II, Article VII, Section 2-7.9 (G) "Requirements for Swimming Pools and/or Screen Enclosures", to allow a swimming pool and screen enclosure forward of the front building line. Mr. Billerbeck asked the applicant to come forward. Mr. Barry Stockwell, 432 Forest Park Lane, Casselberry, Florida came forward. Mr. Stockwell stated he would like to add a swimming pool and screen enclosure to his property. In response to the Board's question, Mr. Charles Senzee, Planner, said the variance application meets all of the criteria for granting the variance. A copy of the staff report dated August 17, 2006 is on file in the Community Development Department. Mr. Billerbeck asked for a motion for BA 06-09. Mr. Bowman made a motion to approve BA 06-09 as stipulated by the City. Ms. Gauvin seconded the motion. Mr. Bowman amended his motion to change condition number 4 to read: "A building permit for all accessory structures on the property shall be obtained from the City's Building Safety Bureau within ~.9.Q days of the approval by the Board of Adjustment and a final inspection shall be approved within ~ 18.Q days of the issuance of the building permit".
