<br />Board of Adjustment <br />August 24, 2006 <br />Page 4 <br /> <br />Mr. Billerbeck asked for a motion for BA 06-11. Mr. Miller made a motion to deny BA 06-11. Mr. Bowman <br /> <br />seconded the motion. <br /> <br />The Board was polled. <br /> <br />Mary Anne Gauvin <br />Ed Bowman <br />Hal Billerbeck <br />Jonathon Miller Yes <br />Luis Guzman Yes <br /> <br /> <br />motion unanimously. <br /> <br />Fourth Item of Business: BA 06-09: 432 Forest Park Lane, Barry and Leslie Stockwell. Variance request to <br />Chapter II, Article VII, Section 2-7.9 (G) "Requirements for Swimming Pools and/or Screen Enclosures", to allow <br />a swimming pool and screen enclosure forward of the front building line. <br /> <br />Mr. Billerbeck asked the applicant to come forward. Mr. Barry Stockwell, 432 Forest Park Lane, Casselberry, <br /> <br />Florida came forward. Mr. Stockwell stated he would like to add a swimming pool and screen enclosure to his property. <br /> <br />In response to the Board's question, Mr. Charles Senzee, Planner, said the variance application meets all of the <br /> <br />criteria for granting the variance. A copy of the staff report dated August 17, 2006 is on file in the Community <br /> <br />Development Department. <br /> <br />Mr. Billerbeck asked for a motion for BA 06-09. Mr. Bowman made a motion to approve BA 06-09 as stipulated <br /> <br />by the City. Ms. Gauvin seconded the motion. <br /> <br />Mr. Bowman amended his motion to change condition number 4 to read: "A building permit for all accessory <br /> <br />structures on the property shall be obtained from the City's Building Safety Bureau within ~.9.Q days of the approval by <br /> <br />the Board of Adjustment and a final inspection shall be approved within ~ 18.Q days of the issuance of the building <br /> <br />permit". <br /> <br />The Board was polled. <br /> <br />Mary Anne Gauvin Yes <br />Bowman Yes <br />Hal Billerbeck Yes <br />Jonathon Miller Yes <br />Luis Guzman Yes <br /> <br />The motion passed unanimously. <br />
