Resolution 07-1834 - Family Focus Monitoring/Enforcement Action Agreement "A Resolution of the City of Casselberry, Florida, approving and authorizing the execution of a Voluntary Cooperation Agreement establishing a Family Focus Monitoring/Enforcement Agreement between the City of Casselberry and the Cities of Altamonte Springs, Lake Mary, Longwood, Oviedo, Sanford, Winter Springs, Sanford Airport Authority and the Sheriff of Seminole County, providing for conflicts, severability and effective date. " C. SP 07-04 - Final Plat for Casselberry Exchange Shopping Center - Wal-Mart Final Site Plan SP 07-08 facilates the development of the Wal-Mart retail center within the Casselberry Exchange Center located at the northeast corner of U.S. Highway 17-92 and S.R. 436. The plan is approved with the following conditions: . The applicant, per F.S. Chapter 177, is responsible for the City Attorney's fees and the surveyor for the City's fees. Prior to recording the replat, the applicant shall submit a check made payable to the City of Casselberry to cover these fees. . After City Commission approval, the applicant shall provide the City with a check for the recording fees (made payable to "Seminole County" which includes a 20" x 24" executed mylar of the replat for recording, and any other information required as part of compliance to F.S. Chapter 177. MOTION: Moved by Vice Mayor/Commissioner Susan Doerner to approve the Consent Agenda as presented. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Colleen S. Hufford aud carried unanimously ou a 5- o voice vote. 9. Public Hearings A. Second Reading of Ordinance 07-1223 - Future Land Use Map (FLUM) Amendments, LPA 07-05 - Northeast Industrial Park The City Clerk read Ordinance 07-1223 by title as follows: "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AMENDING CHAPTER 66, SECTION 66-29 OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY CODE OF ORDINANCES, SAID ORDINANCE BEING THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN; AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE MAP DESIGNATION OF APPROXIMATELY 7 ACRES OF PROPERTY LYING BETWEEN BELLE AVENUE AND HELEN STREET, CONSTITUTING A SMALL SCALE AMENDMENT, FROM THE SEMINOLE COUNTY FLU OF "INDUSTRIAL" AND "MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL" TO CITY I, "INDUSTIRAL": PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, CONFLICTS AND EFFECTIVE DATE."
