<br />We arc pleased to submit our proposal for surveying services on the above referenced project.
<br />
<br />SCOPE OF WORK:
<br />Provide a Topographic Survey in accordance with Chapter 61 G 17-6 F.A.C. to include the
<br />following:
<br />
<br />I. locate all improvements and utilities, as evidenced by above ground features or as
<br />marked by the designated utility company representative.
<br />
<br />2. Obtain spot elevations on natural ground and existing improvements suitable for
<br />interpolation of one foot contours to be shown on the final drawing.
<br />
<br />3. Establish a minimum of(2) site benchmarks.
<br />
<br />4. Perform cross-sections every 50 feet or as nceded.
<br />
<br />5. Topographic coverage will be limited to the area, approximately 100' x 400', from the
<br />rear of the building on Lot 6, Replat of Lot I Block G & Lot 6 in the Replat of Blocks
<br />A & I Seminole Sites, Plat Book 20, Page 59, approximately 100 feet South and from
<br />the rear of the buildings on Lots 3, 4 & 5, Block I, Seminole Site, Plat Book 19, Pages
<br />40-43, Southeast, approximately 100 feet, to inelude finished floor elevations of the
<br />buildings. Also to inelude the 15 foot drainage casement between Lots 3 & 4, Block
<br />I, with structure related data.
<br />
<br />6. Horizontal features will be based on the Seminole County State Plane Coordinate
<br />System and vertical datum will be NA VD'SS.
<br />
<br />7. Locate the apparent right-of-way line, easement and lot lines.
<br />
<br />The final product will be four (4) certified prints and an electronic file of same on disk for your use.
