<br />RESOLUTION NO. 08.1936 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING AND <br />ADOPTING SPECIFIC DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT <br />CRITERIA FOR THE PROPERTIES LOCATED WITHIN <br />THE NORTHEAST INDUSTRIAL PARK SUBDIVISION, <br />PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND <br />EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Casselberry purchased and platted 16.11 acres of <br />undeveloped property near Belle Avenue that is referred to as "Northeast Industrial Park"; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on July 10, 2006, the City Commission declared 9 of these parcels as <br />"surplus"; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the City's intent to advertise those properties for sale; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Casselberry desires uniform development within this <br />subdivision; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the "Northeast Industrial Park Design Standards" have been developed <br />to ensure development that is uniform and meets a high standard. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION ONE. The Casselberry City Commission does hereby approve and adopt <br />the "Northeast Industrial Park Design Standards", attached as Exhibit A, and directs those <br />standards to be applied to those parcels developed within the Northeast Industrial Park <br />subdivision. <br /> <br />SECTION TWO. The "Northeast Industrial Park Design Standards" are to be applied <br />in conjunction with the City's Unified Land Development Regulations during the site plan <br />approval process. When a higher standard is required by the "Northeast Industrial Park <br />Design Standards", that standard shall be required. <br /> <br />SECTION THREE. Conflicts. All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict with <br />any of the provisions of this Resolution are hereby repealed. <br /> <br />SECTION FOUR. Severability. If any Section or portion of a Section of this <br />
