The ARC has reviewed and approved your application for <br />the installation of a pool and screen enclosure. This approval is contingent Upon all <br />common areas, i.e. curbs, easement, sidewalks, etc. being returned to their original <br />condition upon completion of construction. It is suggested that you consider the placement <br />of the pool/filter pump so not to be an annoyance to your neighbors. Also, the pool <br />equipment is to be shielded by shrubbery or some type of natural coverage so it cannot be <br />seen from the street. Please be certain to follow all of the guidelines and specifications, <br />\vhich were outlined in your request, along with complying with all of the applicable <br />guidelines and covenants specified for your community. <br /> <br />NOTE: <br /> <br />This plan has been reviewed for the limited purpose of determining the aesthetic <br />compatibility of the plans with the community in general in the subjective opinion of the <br />approving authority. No review has been made with respect to functionality, safety, <br />compliance with governmental regulations, or otherwise, and no reliance on this approval <br />should be made by any party with respect to such matters.
