<br />WITNESSETH: That the said grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of $1.00 and
<br />other valuable considerations, receipt and sufficiency being hereby acknowledged, does hereby
<br />remise, release and quitclaim unto the said grantee forever, all right, We, interest, claim and
<br />demand, which said grantor has in and to the hereinafter described parcel of land arising out of
<br />that certain PERMANENT EASEMENT AGREEMENT that covers ingress, egress, and a wall
<br />easement, between Eric Kozielski and the City of Casselberry, dated 11/30103, recorded in Official
<br />Records Book 5263, Page 1156, and that certain TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT
<br />AGREEMENT that covers ingress and egress to Install, construct and maintain a wall, between
<br />Eric Kozielskl and the City of Casselberry, dated 11/30/03, recorded in Official Records Book
<br />5263, Page 1164, and another PERMANENT EASEMENT AGREEMENT that covers Ingress,
<br />egress, and a wall easement, between Eric Kozlelski and the City of Casselberry, dated 11/09/04,
<br />recorded in Official Records Book 5542, Page 1140, all recorded In the Public Records of
<br />Seminole County, Florida, together with all other right, tiUe, interest, claim and demand, If any,
<br />which the said grantor has in and to said parcel snuate in the County of Seminole, Florida, viz:
