<br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING
<br />THE CLOSING, VACATION AND ABANDONMENT OF A PORTION OF THE
<br />BELLE AVENUE RIGHT-OF-WAY AS PLATTED IN JOHNSON'S POULTRY
<br />FARMS, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 8 OF THE PUBLIC
<br />RECORDS OF SEMINOLE COUNTY, FLORIDA; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS,
<br />SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE."

<br />WHEREAS, a petition was filed with the City Commission of the City of
<br />Casselberry, Florida, to close, vacate and abandon a portion of the Belle Avenue right-of-
<br />way, more particularly described on Exhibit "A"; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, all affected utilities have reviewed the petition; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the City Commission finds that the closing, vacation and
<br />abandonment of a portion of said right-of-way will not present a detriment to either the
<br />City of Casselberry, Florida, or the public.
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
<br />-q.;rHE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
<br />
<br />Section I. The City Commission of the City of Casselberry hereby approves the
<br />closing, vacation and abandonment of a portion of the Belle Avenue right-of-way as
<br />described on Exhibit "A" in the City of Casselberry as of this date and the City
<br />Commission of the City of Casselberry, Florida, renounces any rights in and to the afore-
<br />described right-of-way, attached as "Exhibit A", and authorizes the Mayor to sign the
<br />resolution.
<br />
<br />Section II. Conflicts. All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict with any of
<br />the provisions of this Resolution are hereby repealed.
<br />
<br />Section III. Severabilitv. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Resolution
<br />proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or
<br />impair the validity, force, or effect of any other Section or part of this Resolution.
<br />
<br />Sectiol1lV. Effective Date. This Resolution shall become effective immediately
