A., INC., ("GRANTOR"), <br /> <br />with a mailing address of 2455 Paces Ferry Road, Atlanta, Georgia 30339, and CITY OF <br /> <br />CASSELBERRY, ("GRANTEE"), with offices at 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida <br /> <br />32707. <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, GRANTOR is the owner in fee simple title of certain real property <br /> <br />located in Seminole County, Florida, being more particularly described in Attachment "A" <br /> <br />attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein (the "Property"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, GRANTEE is to construct public intersection improvements, including <br /> <br />the decorative signalized mast arms, all as a part of the Plumosa Avenue at U. S. Highway <br /> <br />17-92 Intersection Improvements Project (the "Project"); and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and 00/100 Dollars <br /> <br />($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby <br /> <br />acknowledged, the parties hereto, do hereby covenant and agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. The foregoing recitals shall be and are hereby incorporated into and made a <br /> <br />part of this Agreement. <br />
