Seminole County Sheriffs Office / City of Casselberry Agreement for Dispatching Services - FY 2008/09 Addendum In accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Agreement for the provision of dispatch services between the Seminole County Sheriff's Office and the City of Casselberry, signed June I, 2007, the following amendment has been proposed and agreed upon for FY 2008/09 commencing on October I, 2008 and ending September 30, 2009. Paragraph 1. Term and Termination is hereby amended to read as follows: The term of this Agreement shall be from October I, 2008 until September 30, 2009, the dates of signature of the parties notwithstanding, and shall be renewable in single or multiple year increments thereafter upon mutual written Agreement by both parties and in accordance with applicable clauses set forth herein. Paragraph 7 A.
